The _stack_ of Win95 install disks. Back when an OS _kinda_ fitted on floppy disks. I recall installing 95 on 386 and 486 machines. Trying to scrape together enough memory was hell, especially when you end up trying to match 8 slot boards with 512KB sticks.

The best part of win 95, imo, is the memories I have with my daughter. When I first got win95, it was probably 98...so my daughter would have been about 4 at the time....on the install disc, there were some multimedia clips, and one of them was a "Happy Days" clip, from the episode where Weezer sang 'Buddy Holly', and iirc, Fonz did some kind of wierd cossack style dance. My kid loved watching that clip....oh, memories. (she's now 22, with a child of her own, and takes 21st century computer graphics for granted). God, I feel old. :(
