Colin Kaepernick is back in the headlines today for something he did a couple weeks ago, before he upset the NFL universe when by not standing during the National Anthem during a preseason game this past week.

These pre-season practice photos of Kaepernick wearing socks with pigs dressed up as cops are causing a second wave of criticism from the internet. Looks like this is how he feels and nothing’s going to change his mind. Naturally, cops are pissed.

“It’s ridiculous that the same league that prohibits the Dallas Cowboys football club from honoring the slain officers in their community with their uniforms stands silent when Kaepernick is dishonoring police officers with what he’s wearing on the field,” Bill Johnson, executive director of the National Association of Police Organizations, told USA TODAY Sports.

As of today, Kaepernick says he intends to stay seated for this coming game with the Los Angeles Rams this Monday night. He responded to his Pig Cop socks on his Instagram account an hour ago (12:30 pm).

I've said it once I'll say it again where are the articles of him doing some thing substantial to help the problem that he is protesting? Wearing piggy socks and not standing up for the Anthem don't do shit. All the press is covering is that he's protesting, not what he's is protesting. Do some thing substantial shit head.

He has a right to his opinion and to protest..... on his own time. But he's doing  it  on "company time". I know I cannot stage a protest at my office. He represents his company poorly and the company should fire him. Then he'll all the free time he wants to make his political/social statements.

His description of why he's doing it makes sense. He's not anti cop, he's being anti bad cop while still supporting the good ones.
