'The New Yorker' Says The Earth Is Endangered By A "New Strain" Of Humans

Even if "The New Yorker" is the home of blandness and droll writing, they’ve written at least on moderately-amusing articles. They made a funny about “a study” on the proliferation of fact resistant humans that made me, and even Elon Musk, give our approval. In my own worthless opinion, humanity is no different than bacteria or a virus on a living host growing out of control. Any time bacteria or virus grow out of control, it’s called an infection. We are an infection and the "New Yorker" made it funny. Just not funny enough for me to categorize it in I-A-B as funny...

From New Yorker:

“While scientists have no clear understanding of the mechanisms that prevent the fact-resistant humans from absorbing data, they theorize that the strain may have developed the ability to intercept and discard information en route from the auditory nerve to the brain. 'The normal functions of human consciousness have been completely nullified,' Logsdon said.

While reaffirming the gloomy assessments of the study, Logsdon held out hope that the threat of fact-resistant humans could be mitigated in the future. 'Our research is very preliminary, but it’s possible that they will become more receptive to facts once they are in an environment without food, water, or oxygen,' he said.”

1. Watch 'The Matrix' 15 years later. 2. Write an article saying exactly what Hugo Weaving's character says to Lawrence Fishburn's character. 3. Give the article to your editor. 4. Profit. For the first time, I can finally fill in that step 3, which typically reads "3.???".

This is quite noticeable and has been for some time. For example, deniers of the explosive evidence found at the 9/11 crime scene. Most people world wide are quite shocked at how so many people in the very nation the crime took place could deny facts just because the media fed them lie. What i find quite interesting is all the fables and fallacies they'll use to assert their denial of the facts.

The government did Mt. St. Helens, too. Self-exploding mountains? Oh come on!

Of course, don't let your denial of facts get to you. FYI i dont know who did 9/11, nor do i make any claims, but with the explosive evidence found i don't accept the media's spoon fed story, and i fully support a re-investigation to determine the question of who did it.

it was no discussion, it was you asserting things, and then after it was pointed out you ran off. But check out the new documentary that PBS aired: www.i-am-bored.com/2016/09/doc-day-demolition-truth-professionals-examine-911.html

The bad thing is that as I was reading this post, I was thinking of Monk. Then, lo and behold, there he is in the comments! Monk, I'm still waiting for a reply from you in our last "discussion" on 9/11.

That means nothing to me, I prefer to support a re-investigation to determine those answers rather than assume.

Ahh, Andy Borowitz. I like him. More often than not, he makes me laugh.
